Horrible management that expects you to work even on weekends and after hours, If you don't work over-time they think you are not worthy, Not a good structure in the company, Toxic work environment, Huge favouritsm, you need to be the Branch managers favourite to even be considered to be respected, you will end-up having a severe mental break down, within the period i was in the company, all of the employees in the auckalnd branch were leaving the job including a manager because they will break your personality and make you resign just because you were not " one of the favourites". when you asked for time off (which they will promise you at your interview, They'll say you are asking for too much and this is not a company to allow anyone to take a month off, 0 work-life balance Highly understaffed and not equipped to hire more staff. you'll end up doing 3 -4 peoples work. Please stay away from this company
