Pros

They keep you current on your training, evaluations every 6 months and help you in areas where you need improving, friendly people. support equipment in fairly good shape, parts room usually has stuff you need in stock. They provide tuition reimbursement to their employees.

Cons

lot of red tape when it comes to workload, terminations for dumb reasons (knew someone got fired to taking a small rock out from inside his shoe). Need some more support equipment.

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
