      Great learning experience - Salesforce Administrator AAPC Employee Review

      Pros

      You learn an awful lot and you are given a lot of leash to do your work. A lot of really great people in this place that I will miss dearly. Free lunch is cool, and the gym is nice. Finally starting to fix a lot of the staff shortfalls and hiring really important positions they never had before but needed. IT infrastructure is finally being addressed and modernized (great work Brian S and team!) and are realizing you HAVE to spend money to make money.

      Cons

      Not enough focus on new product innovation (besides Healthicity) So much training on leadership, but not always followed in practice. People that have been here for ages are GROSSLY underpaid for the function.

      Pros

      AI and India is closing all positions. No work for you! You get to train your replacement.

      Cons

      If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
