      Pros

      Always busy and always something to do. Coworkers (some of them) have big hearts and are very nice.

      Cons

      Extreme levels of micromanagement. Upper management will not listen to any advice on upgrading the company. Says they have an "open door" but shoots down any ideas you bring up with them. All VPS have weekly meetings and lunch meetings but never include the rest of the office. Pretend they are big on morale but then they don't want to put in the effort to get involved. Every task needs to be reviewed and approved before moving on, no matter how small. For a technology company that has been in practice for 20 years, the computer all need to be upgraded, and the software. The company has the ability to be better if they just looked at a bigger picture

We are sorry that your experience with AAJ did not match our intention of being the best place you’ve ever worked. We are planning to start confidential employee surveys which will help us to identify some of the problems you mentioned so that we can make AAJ a better place to work! We are also excited to say that we are in the process of upgrading a lot of our technology, our new employee portal launches in October! As you mentioned, we are always busy, specifically with making our clients happy, so busy, we ended up putting our own needs on the back burner for a while.       1. Onboard of job was well. 2. Pay rate was good and paying on time

      Cons

      1. Make the person work on Saturdays too, still they will use the people like anything who can deliver the project good. 2. Candidate who works for OZ is a use and throw material. 3. Less encouragement and motivation in the work. 4. Let go people who understand the project and who is aligned with the project to deliver the work. 5. OZ is very less dissatisfied with people who does small mistakes too. 6. Not recognizing people who are hard working to deliver the project. 7. Does not provide laptop machines to the people who work in their projects. 8. Very less value to work delivered by the consultants. 9. No advance notice to people to someone whom they want to let go and they give surprise by making statement "last on the project".
