Extreme levels of micromanagement. Upper management will not listen to any advice on upgrading the company. Says they have an "open door" but shoots down any ideas you bring up with them. All VPS have weekly meetings and lunch meetings but never include the rest of the office. Pretend they are big on morale but then they don't want to put in the effort to get involved. Every task needs to be reviewed and approved before moving on, no matter how small. For a technology company that has been in practice for 20 years, the computer all need to be upgraded, and the software.
