1. illegal practices - they try to force leaving employees to sign a waiver of rights before they will give you your last paycheck.
2. toxic work culture & bullying- micromanagement is the norm, and they stamp out any show of initiative, just do the task the same way it has always been done, even if there is a better way.
3. Incredibly low salaries for this industry, level and role. They recruit inexperienced graduates and try to get away with paying them intern salaries
4. No boundaries with work-life balance- your manager will happily delegate work through the evenings and weekends to you.
