Old school, obsolete management, no vision - Engineer AAC Employee Review

Very strong "old boys network", which makes it hard to make career progress. Company makes decent earnings, but they refuse to spend on infrastructure and employee development. There is "management" and "labor" class and each gets treated differently. Career advancement isn't based on the talent but personal relationship with executives.
