skyline view, friendly colleagues, experienced upper management, exciting new challenges, team work is ubiquitous throughout the company, birthday cakes, random catered lunches, CEO is very laid back and does not micromanage. Upper management is very approachable and has open door policy.

clicky atmosphere, upper management doesn't recognize potential, lacking forward thinking because they've been pretty successful sticking to what they know and/or certain accounts has a tight control on AEs. Does not train employees. Some accounts are overworked than others. Salary is slightly below avg which is understandable in Asian American marketing.
