Sometimes the talent does not enjoy staying at the small family run place so turnover can be seen as high

Set shift. No rotating shifts. Weekends off. 40 hours a week. Occasional overtime. Does not experience or skill. They fully train you. Most of the coworkers are good people.

They like to hire immigrant staff which creates a huge language barrier. The management expects everybody to be grateful of the jo. And be willing to do anything without complaint. Management thinks the needs of the job supercede the needs of the employee's personal life. Job has often lied to employees to get their way. If they like an employee, they show favoritism and they engage in shady business tactics to force people they don't like to quit. Benefits are low quality. Cheap health insurance with high deductible. No sick days and little pto. Hr staff is a single person working part time and issues do not get addressed properly.
