Pros
I've worked for AAA Northeast for 15 years and have seen every day the commitment the company has to employees, members, and the community. AAA Northeast offers excellent benefits and pay, are committed to training and development (I've worked towards several promotions and growth during my tenure) and has a strong culture unlike any other employer in the area. The club often wins awards for Best Employer, Healthiest Employer, etc and it's all based on true actionable things that benefit employees such as paid time off to volunteer, pay if you're impacted by covid-19, paid bereavement, excellent rebates towards health & safety initiatives, development & training, etc. Employees in call centers and fleets have a set schedule so it's predictable and you can plan your off-time easily - great for work life balance.
