Good only for gainning experience. Health insurance.

Low paid salaries for the great amount of work. They don't pay extra hours, I did plenty of them staying beyond the hour - not to mention when you work at weekends or holydays. They have what is called flexible schedule - that in a disguy to work beyond your schedule, Poor organizational structure. Very low communication between managers and co-workers. Very low recognition for the employees efforts.

Not very well organized (too much projects and accumulated functions for the same person) Salary and career progression is not the best A lot of people turnover due to working conditions
