Good company to start - Anonymous employee A2Z Infotech Media Employee Review

I think there is not a single reason to work with this company. They are totally fake. I worked there. Initially they said...after training they will provide full time job with 10000/- Salary. I have successfully completed my training but afterthat they said we can not provide you job bcz we don't have vacant seat for developer. They charged 11000/- for training even they don't have a trainer. So I am suggest you to all, Please don't go for this company.

If you go for this...They will ask you for freelancer and a proper job. But they won't even ful-fill a single condition. So please don't go. They won't give you a single rupee as salary but they charged 11000/- for training.

1.Good work life balance - depends on individual person as well. May not be true for some teams, 2.Employees are heard if there are any issues 3.Good pay. 4.Good work. 5.Allowed to change domains / work in other teams if interested. 6.Even entry level people are given responsibilities and trusted. 7.Intelligent people to work with. 8.Good work is appreciated by management 9.Best co-ordination of director with employees. 10.There may be more things which i may be forgetting

1.Some time work pressure may be high. 2. There is no extra curricular / cultural activities organized - even if they are, they are pathetic. 3.You may get frustrated with HR at times - they are not very responsive.
