Working like a slave with little pay, not much structure, cliquey staff, high staff turnover

Parents are great, clean rooms.

Management sucks! The say "competitive pay" but they pay minimal and work you like a slave. Rather than firing people they just cut their hours back till they quit. If someone complains (especially newbies) they yell at you and threaten to let you go, they DON'T ask for your side of the story, and then pretend nothing happened. Worst boss I've ever had! Also you can't get time off. They say give them two weeks notice before and they'll make it happen... it won't you will NOT get the time off!!! There are NO benefits and no sick days. Also let's not forget that they absolutely WILL NORT hire males. Twin Falls, Idaho Location
