Pros

The people there were all nice and energetic.

Cons

When I applied, the job titles for the job were all lies and every position is the same. You are basically a Sales Representative and you are selling $20 bags of soap or makeup. They will tell you they work with outside clients, but the ONE client is a former worker who created his own brand and now works inside the building, as well. You have to really hustle in order to even make a decent check. This job claims they are a true marketing firm, but really it’s just a room full of sales reps and men who profit off of it. Great job if you don’t have a degree or a sense of pride.

We think it's possible that you formed certain conclusions that were a little bit different from how we actually run the company. To state the obvious, sales training is an essential part of business training. This is why we open up so many areas for questions during the hiring process. We do not follow unethical business practices and always try to motivate young professionals. We’d greatly appreciate the opportunity to make things right. If you’re open to discussing this further, please call us at (770) 558-4259.

Pros

There aren't any pros to this job. It's the worst.

Cons

This job is one of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with. They tell you it's an account manager job for a direct marketing agency when in reality they just want you to sell on parking lots, badgering people while they're eating in their cars to sell them random products. The whole interview it's a lie. The salary they suggest you'll earn is not attainable, there are no benefits and as you "grow" within the company, they expect you to work basically from 7 pm to 8 pm + with the promise that in 1 year tops you'll own your own office. You will be disrespected every single day and expected to sell a certain amount of goodie bags with low-quality products or otherwise, you will have to go "night merch" which is basically finding a gas station to get people in their cars to buy your stuff. They don't care about safety at all. Plus, the "client", who in reality is the owner, Brock James Colette, is a convicted felon for murder who was in prison for 10 years for killing someone, and now he just scams others.
