Pros
You will work hard on almost every shift. You should *love* to work out and physically push yourself - in a healthy and positive way! It's a paid gym day. Cool co-workers, cool clients, cool apartments, cool random perks in the field. Tips are very good in the summer. Good camaraderie.
Cons
Potential for very long days, sometimes long nights. Can be hard to find good help leading to understaffed moves. Dealing with admin can be tense. Can be physically draining if you don't take care of yourself. Winter moves are harsh.
