Pros
The scope of work is remedial, which is a plus for people who are willing to do that. Employee discount is baffling, as 20% off of a $12 sandwich is still quite a high price.
Cons
In the time I worked here quite a few flags stood out. One of which was the initial offer for full time employment. Was promised 40 hours when it came down to how they were scheduled, and ended up working 6 hour shifts on average. Another is the seniority structure in which management banks PTO. When GMs have so much time saved up, I found it incredibly difficult to manage the store in their absence and felt taken advantage of as I got stuck with working hard, long hours on the busiest of days. Food went rancid left and right in the store, and no one was being held accountable for it not being taken care of during inventory time. Listen to the reviews and really make a judgement on whether you can really live with the onslaught of negative feedback. If you do decide to work for Ag Ferrari, be prepared to be cut out of the picture one way or another, regardless of the quality of your work and experience.
