Management can be slow to react

Culture is very important to @hand and is one that embraces the motto "work hard, play hard" and values employees personally and professionally. @hand encourages employees to speak their minds, push themselves and be forward-thinking, and collaborate as a team, no matter what department you are in.

Smaller company, more visibility when you make mistakes, but also when you succeed. Company is still growing, so feeling some of the "growing pains" associated with lack of processes and procedures and infrastructure.
