Provides excellent training and you need to submit the training projects on time(you'll be made to do it :P) which gives some confidence for a fresher. Very good and friendly marketing team(I am placed before the training was completed). Fair billing. They dont change the PO's as most of the employers does and attract you with % or extra provisions.
