Pros

Central location, tolerable colleagues and good vibes all around.

Cons

If you enjoy freshmen college induction camps, this is it. Agency ran by a has-been with limited and dated industry knowledge - with constant cryptic wise-talks you'll have to think deep after speaking to him. While overall the vibes looks fun from the outside, deep down it felt very cult-ish. The hires all fit into a certain profile, probably the founder's secret preference(?). Hire and fire culture, fast turnover rate - headcounts now are slowly throwing in letter while new waves are coming in(brace yourself!). Understandable as fun times usually don't last long, non-sustainable and people wisen up to finally get a proper career path. One day you're his favourite, another day he'll push you out of the door. Remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably isnt. Winning multiple awards is very easily obtainable nowadays. hint hint!

Pros

Convenient CBD location with good transport options, Clean working environment. Some nice interesting clients.

Cons

Office is very small. The work produced here is very boring and uncreative. Shocking low standard in terms of ideas and art. The social media outputs are just embarrassing. Cliche much. Boss thinks everyone loves him but we are just trying to get by. Boss is also very pretentious and thinks he's like a great advertising guru who know everyone and everything but is actually not very creative at all and everyone can see that. There are long OT hours masked as passion that you're expected to have without considering work life balance.

Pros

Supportive and fun colleagues who make the day-to-day enjoyable. Comfortable, cosy office space, great office equipments. Convenient central location with easy access to amenities and public transport. Great work-life balance, perfect place for pampered individuals who can't go through tough times.

Cons

The agency places more focus on appearances(trying hard to win awards) and social media image than on actual team well-being or sustainable growth. Leadership lacks practical industry experience, which shows in decision-making and how feedback is handled. Efforts often go unacknowledged, with expectations constantly changing and little recognition for hard work.
