Strong executive leadership that actively supports growth. Very approachable. High-impact clients across ecommerce, hospitality, and travel. The projects are meaningful, challenging and complex. Collaborative, multidisciplinary teams that offer a rich learning environment. Lots of Slack! Lots of achievers who are smart and willing to explain and support the team. Remote flexibility is solid; distributed team structure works well.

Cross-department coordination can lag; sometimes feels like teams are sprinting in parallel rather than together. Operational systems and internal processes (especially around documentation) could always improve. Career pathing and feedback aren’t equally defined across all departments; some areas have clearer growth plans than others.
