      Pros

      Good commisions as a saleperson when the economy allows for a strong residential market.

      Cons

      When market is down there is no base salary to fall back on. Right now they are losing people because of the lack of investment in their employees.

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
