      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.

      Pros

      Gives good training and hires associates with little to no experience.

      Cons

      Make you work long hours and expects you to choose 84 lumber over your family. Will fire you with no warning regardless of how long you have been there. You are nothing but a replaceable number on a spreadsheet.
