They completely overwork their employees, basing availability on # of accounts not size or scope. This makes the team as a whole awful to work with, since many operators spent more time complaining about tasks and workload than actually working. "Brattiest" workplace by a landslide.
Tons of processes take way too long and are unnecessary.
Sales team is a mess, pitching things that make no sense and each account had to have contract changes of scope applied to it since the sales team just signs what they can.
Not collaborative or cohesive.
