There is a huge disconnect between leadership, management, and operators. Operators are held accountable for unattainable goals made by management and leadership. Clients are accepted with impossible KPIs. Like above, if KPIs are not met, responsibility is on operators and not the ones above. Bandwidth is an afterthought. "Support" is more management keeping their eye on you in order to micromanage you. Constant churn is prevalent. You will be looked down upon for churn that is out of your control. Mandatory training and meetings that lead nowhere or not related to job demands. Wastes everyone's time. Promotions and raises below rate of inflation. Compensation decreases year over year.
