      Pros

      Good company. The hiring process was long and you have to pay out-of-pocket for background check, TB shots, etc. This company is a subcontractor for other contractors. The contractor was not the greatest.

      Cons

      None really except that the contractor we were working with was impossible to work with most times.

      good communication, no issues with pay, flexible with time off, they understand you are a person with your own life and needs

      majority of jobs are contracts

      good management/flexible, attentive staff. good pay. Sick leave available.

      Cons

      No benefits until after one year. Subcontracting with a company that tracks metrics but does not offer bonuses.
