Company demands 1 month notice period after resigning but when they fire they don't give a single day to the employee. Although, they lie that company will give you a month. Employees are asked to bring original degrees for verification before getting hired. When demanding good salary in interview, you will told that "It will be unfair to other employees who have been working for us for a very long time". People who are working for them for a very long time are the ones who spy and tell the management what happened inside the room.
