Pros
Really amazing product that is easy to get behind, decent pay, cool atmosphere, lunches provided.
Cons
No official HR department to speak with, or voice concerns.
When I started, there were only 2 females working plus the cook/cleaner. Out of 40 people! The rest all males.
Being accepted or included was difficult with management.
I often felt treatment and favouritism was all but to obvious. The company preaches hard work, but I noticed employees who were lazy and not very motivated or enthusiastic, getting special treatment over others who worked harder.. I felt I busted my butt and was at the top for metrics as proof of that, but was ignored with positive feedback or coaching opportunities that could've helped me.
