Pros
- Upper management seems like they do care on some level. - Health benefits (not the best but fairly typical) - Friendly people - People willing to train
Cons
- No discount for anything for corp employees at the 711 stores - Some people not on your team even try to micro-manage you - There is way too much oversight over people. Sometimes people won't let you just do your job on your own. - Not much employee empowerment to make decisions. - Laziness amongst others. Many times someone asks you to do something since they didn't have time to help out. By the time they explain it, could have just done the task themselves. Or if after you do it, if there's some changes, instead of them just doing it while they're reviewing... they write an email to tell you to fix it. -LOTS of redundancy in process... like the above.
