Pros

Free soda, coffee, slurpees and food; easy work; decent pay; Christmas bonus and delicious homecooked meal presumably from management's pocket.

Cons

Nine hour shifts with no break or lunch; rude customers; no holiday pay; incredibly high turnover; manipulative management. I was hired on as a part time employee to be working three days a week. Out of the six weeks I worked, two were four days (36hrs), one was five (45hrs), one was SEVEN(56 hrs, as one of the shifts was only 2h), and one was three (the promised 27h). Management, of course, acted like this was a misunderstanding and it was my fault for taking the job while not being prepared. :)

Pros

good work value and environment friendly

Cons

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

While the company promotes a healthy work environment, employees need to extend their working hours during high priority initiatives or critical business deliverables.
