Pros

None! This is quite literally the worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Managers are forced to try to do their jobs and act as a CSR due to terrible labor budgets. Then held accountable when things don’t get done after working 10-12 hour days. Employees pays get messed up and in some cases missing completely. I have seen it take weeks, sometime even months for it to be fixed and an employee start receiving their pay correctly and regularly. I know of one manager who was severely short staffed due to the fact that it is hard to hire when the pay is not competitive and you have very few labor hours to give people who mostly really need to work full time that was terminated for the condition of her store just days after she worked a 24 hour shift by herself. The treatment of CSRs by upper management is deplorable, which makes it even harder to keep the stores properly staffed. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because this site requires it. I would not even rate it at 1 star. I was grandfathered in when my company was purchased by them. I would never work for this company for 10 plus years.

Pros

good work value and environment friendly

Cons

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Pros

· Guaranteed overtime — Night shifts often ran long, and overtime was consistently available. · $14/hour starting pay — Standard for the role, but the overnight differential helped. · Overnight schedule — Good for night owls or anyone who prefers a quieter work environment. · Hudson Oaks PD presence — Police regularly stopped by, which made the late hours feel safer. · Minimal direct supervision — No manager breathing down your neck during night shifts. You were trusted to run the store independently.

Cons

· No training provided — Promised during the interview, never delivered. · Missing cleaning supplies — Brooms, glass cleaner, disinfectant were frequently unavailable. · Poor communication from management — Last-minute schedule changes, full voicemail box, unanswered requests. · Unreliable morning crew — Night shift often had to stay late because morning people didn't show up on time. · Terminated after setting a boundary — Asked to leave at scheduled end time; was fired the next day.
