      Pros

      Remote worker friendly which is likely the main reason people work there way below market.

      Cons

      Daily shifting priorities by a panicked founder where he views engineering as a second class citizen. Have you ever heard of a technology company where engineering was an after thought? Run...don’t walk away from this company. Don’t believe the mission-driven hype....That’s all there is to this company. There are reasons that it’s a revolving door with most tenures are ~2-3 months ...do your homework.

      It helps me bring smile to people, most people just need someone to talk to and it relieves most or all their stress and pressure, when those stress and pressure are relived it make them think of a better solution.
