Pros
One free drink per shift, most of my coworkers are nice.
Cons
It's a very clique-y job, and management did nothing about multiple complaints of bullying and harassment, and then acted like it was their first time hearing about it each time. I can't hear 90% of the time because the music is always blasting and we basically have to scream at each other, and my ears are left ringing sometimes up to 48hrs after my shift. I also wanted to work full-time, and I was promised such, but I can't really live on 5-10 hours a week, on top of them cutting everyone's base pay by 50 cents. They also never told me about any sort of job benefits or any way to access such information as insurance or 401k, stuff I need to know. I'd also like to mention that OSHA was constantly at our door for a wide variety of reasons, and most of it was out out of pure laziness, so the fear of being shut down was another major issue.
