If you will get a good Reporting manager than every thing will be smooth here
Cons
1. No work life balance. 2. Unprofessional Reporting Manager. 3. HR Team is good but They will not take any action. 4. If you will not agree to work for late night and weekend than mental torture will strat,no matter whether you are a male employee or female employee. 5. If you are in good book of Reporting Manger you will get very good hike. 6. If you give 200% effort also They will not loyal to you if they are not liking you personally .
