Pros
The people were really great to work with, outings were a lot of fun, and it felt like management really tried to do their best to put the employees first. The office environment/space was awesome and there was always something to do after you're done with your workload.
Cons
Maybe as a result to putting employees first they ended up giving them too much leeway and there wasn't a lot of accountability if there ended up being internal conflict. Also it didn't feel like you could move up in the company as a result of it being somewhat small. All the positions seemed fairly midlevel, depending on the type of work you were taking on.
