Pros
- supposedly left wing, grassroots focusing on the needs of the population in White Hart Lane - lovely, warm and supportive staff with interesting ideas / approaches to work (apart from Sr. Management)
Cons
- Sexist comments (including sexual objectification around women's bodies) - Low wages for staff while upper management receive much higher salaries (despite the nature of the organisation being nonprofit) - unclear communication, broken promises, misleading information that allows for sr. management to benefit - Uncomfortable practices that result in legal boundaries being pushed (if not broken) - being watched on camera 24/7 and that being a basis for criticism (i.e. if you speak too much or are you on mobile phone) - lack of training / lack of direction provided in my role - sr. management also speak negatively about other employees to other employees and don't have any concept of privacy / security or professionalism
