      The office vibes are relaxed and staff encourages reporting and writing about all things that make the city a cool place to live.

      Cons

      The point of view of what was cool or worthwhile for coverage lacked diversity. An over-reliance on outdoors-type coverage. Certain senior editorial staff have longstanding relationships that made newcomers feel more like outsiders.
