didn't know what I was getting into, but when I was recruited during my senior year at MSU by my older friend who worked at 517 the summer earlier. I had a great teacher and mentor as I earned the sales and customer service side of telecommunications.
Cons
Negative customers who take out their frustration on you and co workers that are lazy. Working on Weekends also takes some getting used too
