Great benefits and paid vacation

Lack of communication with management

Seemed laid back, very friendly staff.

I had done an internship my senior year of highschool and excelled through it, to the point where they didn't know what they could have me do because I went through tasks so quickly. At the end of the week I had interned during, they had lunch in the office and the owner offered me a job. I accepted, but then when around I was about to graduate, I sent in an email asking for more information and was informed that the position that had expected to be vacant was still occupied, completely destroying my job plans for after I graduated highschool. I kept up with the owner every so often and it was, "no, we have all the paid help we have, feel free to volunteer for us to build your resume," which was unhelpful.
