      You get set Leads every day

      Cons

      It’s 100% commission no benefits but the money is great so you will do just fine. Just remember once you get out of training and keep studying. It’s a lot to learn about this industry, but it’s very lucrative.

      Pros

      Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

      Cons

      If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
