      Pros

      Customers are nice and other drivers are awesome, Bosses are not over your shoulder all the time

      Cons

      A work day is 15+ hours, As a company they have cut the pay for all the drivers 2 times in a year. If you hit a deer (or any thing, if it is your flat or not) you pay for the repair of there van out of your pay, up to $1000 dollars. You will work your tail off for 5 guys and they will drop you in a minute if they can pay someone less.

      Flexible hours and days, choose your schedule

      Cons

      They hire too many drivers without having enough work for them. I could get one trip in my scheduled day and run in to 2 or 3 other drivers who had been called in on their day off to "cover" for multiple trips.
