Pros
I really like the culture here. Most employees work very hard and believe in the company and product (which is great quality BTW). Encourages health by providing fitness classes, gym, and healthier snacks. Good work/life balance.
Cons
I'm afraid the cons outweigh the pros of working here. In certain departments there is extremely high turnover....ask about turnover in the interview or you could be next. I've seen many great people be let go...sad because good workers are hard to find. I feel like some of the executives make poor decisions and ones that don't make sense but since everyone seems afraid to be fired they say nothing.
