- many people with management titles who probably should not be managers which results in inflated egos
- undeserving promotions given if you are a favorite which results in inflated egos
- lack of parking for all staff
- lack of offices for departments that need one like HR
- office space in general is poor
- benefits package
- low company culture
- no defined roles or authority across the company
- no flexible work schedule for administrative staff, though this depends on who you work for
- unfair rules applied to staff depending on who you work for
- HR policies are dated
