Pros

20$ Per Hour ! phone chat and email

Cons

Micromanagement | Blatant Racism | Absolutely DISGUSTING & Predatory advertising | they recently laid off around 30-40 employees because the company is going bankrupt! But since I am a black male and they wanted to pick and choose who they paid a severance too. I was fired exactly 30 days prior to the mass layoffs with ZERO COMPENSATION | I had a 98% QA score that they graded every month | I had a 95+% Productivity grade and was receiving all bonuses and pay bumps allowed. I was told multiple times that “basically” I sounded to black on the phone | but the worst part was me sounding black was often labeled as me sounding disrespectful and or rude | EVEN THO I HAD A 92% Customer satisfaction score (customers leave reviews after every call) I was fired without an exit meeting or so much as a thank you for the last 10 months !! I’m fact I was simply locked out of my laptop and never heard from them again !!! I am absolutely stoked to see this company failing and hemorrhaging money ! I was fired with nearly perfect QA scores and others with failing scores were allowed to keep their jobs and collect severance once terminated 30 days after I was randomly fired for a call where two people were on speaker phone YELLING AND CURSING their hearts out ! If you are a person of color and you aren’t a pushover or absolutely desperate for work STAY AWAY !!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are deeply sorry to hear that you felt discriminated against and disrespected during your time with us. Allegations of discrimination, particularly racial bias, are extremely serious. These claims do not reflect the values or standards we uphold at 4Patriots, and we have established processes in place to investigate any such concerns thoroughly and objectively when they are brought forward through the appropriate channels. As with any business, tough decisions sometimes have to be made in response to operational challenges, and unfortunately, that includes workforce reductions. These decisions are made based on business needs, performance, and organizational priorities—never on personal or discriminatory grounds. While we cannot discuss individual personnel matters in a public forum, we can say that all employees are evaluated fairly and consistently. Severance decisions are handled in accordance with both internal policy and applicable employment laws. That said, we’re more than willing to continue this conversation privately. Please feel free to reach out directly to hr@4patriots.com. Thank you.

Layoffs after being advised that they were not a worry People who came after and did less well staying while those of us who were highly flexible and worked hard for company needs were let go in a meeting were the amazinh VP (i mean that I would back Tom C to the wall) was kind and so very upset but the director of total compensation (never heard of her) smirked while occasionally talking over Tom and pretending to be sad when she remembered.

Thank you for your candid feedback and for the time you spent as part of the 4Patriots team. We're glad to hear that you found value in the support of your team leads and managers, as well as the flexibility of remote work and clear communication from your team. We also recognize the disappointment and concern you shared around how the recent layoffs were handled. It’s clear that you cared deeply about your work and your colleagues, and we’re truly sorry that your experience ended on a frustrating note. Decisions that impact people’s livelihoods are never made lightly, and we strive for compassion and empathy when communicating these complex matters. Your suggestions around employee-led solutions and time-off flexibility are valuable, and we will take them into account as we continue to improve how we navigate difficult circumstances in the future. Thank you again for your contributions and for sharing your perspective. We wish you all the best in your next chapter.
