-Wonderful people to work with where everyone really believes in the mission, and many people have been there a long time.
-Depending on your role work-life balance might be pretty good, but some roles require regular early mornings and late night. Weekends are generally sacred.
Cons
-Not able to provide salary and benefits that reflect the level of work — including many holidays.
-Sometimes lacking support from leadership in day to day operations management. Very much a start up culture where you need to figure most things out on your own and create new systems and processes.
