      Lovely and easy going environment Friendly co-workers Nice pantry Wide range of nationality of co workers

      Cons

      Poor communication throughout the company Non-existent goal settings and relationship between manager and employee Very shocking budgeting methods (Fresh hire was told to leave on the first day after realizing they do not have the budget) Poor communication of intent of job role and specialization from description to interview to actual job
