Pros

-Solid inbound experience -Work in a variety of industries -"Unlimited PTO"

Cons

- "culture" is non-existent -There is little to no training -You literally sink or doggy-paddle - nobody will teach you how to swim and you will have weights added to you. -Management is non-existent - Clients > Employees - EXPECTED to work long hours - compensation does not match the workload - "Growth" leads to a grand total of 1 career path - They will promise a lot of things, but they're all empty

Pros

Ahead of the curve with the Marketing methodology. Great people, culture, location. Easy to work here and schedules are flexible. They have all the tools you need to do the job and that's super refreshing. Snacks are provided and fun picnics, lunches and events! This team is all on the same page with the same goals. The leaders are amazing !

Pros

I have been part of the 41 Orange family since October 2019, and thoroughly enjoy working with the dedicated and creative individuals who make up this team. Our entire team defines the culture here; we champion the company values and find ways to acknowledge contributions that are in line with those values - be driven, make an impact, have a growth mindset, be a team player, be authentic. Collaboration and celebration of success are part of the day-to-day. Realignments and incremental changes on campaigns and processes are talked through with all stakeholders to ensure all ideas are brought to the table and everyone buys in. Tenacious and forward-thinking, the 41 Orange CEO and COO push us to drive results for our clients while challenging our team in the best way, allowing for creative solutions and processes that fit our culture as a whole. I am excited to continue to be part of this growth and see the results we can drive for our clients, as well as see team members’ careers flourish.

Cons

Like most small companies, team members may be asked to wear multiple hats or switch focus based on client needs. We are still streamlining and/or creating processes. There is a lot of change - some large change and some incremental. Personalities that are drawn to optimization will feel at ease here; personalities that need more constants will find the changes stressful.
