      A select few coworkers I had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      There’s little recognition for hard work, no structured reviews or development conversations, and limited communication from the top. Policies and attitudes are very outdated and out of touch. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and inclusivity from ownership and upper management.

      Pros

      Amazing, down-to-earth, helpful coworkers who I genuinely enjoyed spending time with at work. Servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders really mesh well and lend a helping hand wherever they can. Lot of hard workers going above and beyond for their tables

      Cons

      consistently mercurial, snappy managers who were constantly being transferred to different restaurants. Never know if you're gonna get praised or mocked when asking a question. Tense vibes coming from BoH staff. I worked there 3 years and none of them ever learned my name
