Pros

Although pay was not that great compared to other similar companies, 3S pays for the housing meals, gas. So if you factor that in account, the overall isn't that terrible. It's a good place to start as a new grad.

Cons

Long working hours with constant and unpredictable schedule. You cannot plan things far ahead as you'd constantly be traveling or working in different states for different projects. It's draining after you do this for a couple months.

Cons

This company ran by family who have no clue about telecom, they have one the worst reputations in the industry, they hire day labors for their construction. Their Construction managers are completely lost and upper management will lie to you stating the have work, but they really don't. They will bench you half of the month due to lack of work, No Holiday pay, pay less than $0.35 per mile, and will expect you to work 10-12 hours per day with out any OT paid as they low ball you to a Salary Status. 80% of the employee are all Middle eastern who can barely speak english. They all have anger issue and are very aggressive. Their office is super small, stuffy and entire place smells like onions or Body odor.
