Pros
- 100% remote - culture - community - benefits - work-life balance - transparency - promotions and frequent salary increases - there's a rotation process in which you can change the project
Cons
- major differences between what you are told at interviews and internal meetings and the harsh reality in your projects - some people are promoted too early to keep them - unclear roles, as a software engineer you can be expected to do devops, QA, support, Scrum master, even architecture, product ownership and business analysis (which is fine for growth but not when your salary does not reflect that) - in general, they have the same problems as other outsourcing companies but at a more bearable level
