Pros
3JS Security has been an awesome place for me to work. They have taught me a trade I can use forever. I’m surrounded by ex Law Enforcement Officers and retired and active Military Officers. They have brought me into their family of guards and have really made me feel accepted. They paid for my training and help me get gear to work level 3 posts. 3JS has been flexible at time when I needed time off for emergencies and are always ready and willing to throw me more work if desired. Pay seems very competitive as I’m making the most money I’ve ever made…….but, I work a lot also. Overall, great place to work!
Cons
Management seems very needy when trying to understand your personal schedule availability or lack of. If not communicated to them timely or correctly, they become very irritable. This is understandable as I n ow management is coordinating alot of different schedules.
