      -Underwrite lots of deals -Communicate directly with clients

      Cons

      -Toxic work culture with lots of gossip -Expectations extremely high without any sort of onboard training -Absolutely 0 work life balance-- some nights you'll be there until midnight, and you will never be "allowed" to leave before 7pm without being heavily frowned upon and talked poorly about
